Description
Original Finnish Billhook carrier. Carriers like this were used all the way through World War 2. According to the manuals each infantry squad was issued with one billhook.
The carrier wraps around the billhook blade and is fastened with a strap and a buckle. Sewn with cotton thread and reinforced with rivets and hung from the belt with two belt loops.
Some of the carriers may have SA, P and manufacturer stamps.
The condition varies, but all are usable.
