Original Finnish Army surplus head for a wire pike, also called a wire raising pole, etc. These might be postwar, but identical to wartime production.
Wire pike is a long pole that linemen use to raise field telephone wire onto tree branches and other high places.
This is just the steel head for the pike. It fits onto a 30 mm diameter pole. There are three holes for fastening.
