These terms are valid from December 2021. We hold the right to change these terms and we advice the customers to check these before placing an order. The terms don’t apply retroactively and the terms valid when the order was placed is applied to the order.
The webstore is run by Tiera Reproductions (VAT No. FI16471130) and is located in Finland. We operate under the Finnish legislation. We sell all our products to customers over 15 years of age and all legal businesses.
We generally ship our items within 2 to 3 business days if the items are available in the store. For made-to-order items we allow up to 2 weeks for manufacture. We will ship the whole order when we have all the items unless there is a different agreement. Custom items are handled on case-by-case basis.
Products and Pricing
We categorize all products in two different categories: ready-to-order and made-to-order. Ready-to-order can be ordered always when there is stock available and they are subject to availability. Made-to-order items are items manufactured in our workshop and are made when the order is placed. If they are marked as in stock, it means that we have the material for them. Made-to-order items are customised for the customer per order and can’t be stocked as is.
The availability of items varies according to supply. Many of our ready-to-order items are surplus items that we have sourced from various sources. New items are added and old removed as the supply changes.
Prices include 24% VAT and are final. We may offer discounts on case-by-case basis. We hold the right to change prices, but only on future orders. The price listed on the time of placing the order is considered valid.

Easiest, safest and fastest way to order is using the webstore and our payment systems offered there. This ensures that we receive the order exactly as you intended and allows us to process it through our system easily.
Custom items are processed through email only. This is due to the nature of the orders and items. Regular orders can also be placed through email but we really do recommend you using the webstore interface to prevent any problems.
Changing the order
Changes to the orders can be made after the order has been placed and before it has been shipped. In case you want to make changes, please email us as soon as you can. If the order has been shipped already, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
If you did not receive your order withing the time specified on our Shipping page, send us an email at email@example.com or use the Contact Us page. We will contact our courier, Posti Oyj, about the parcel’s status. We are not responsible for compensating missing parcels. If the parcel is missing, we will file for compensation and Posti Oyj might compensate for the damages depending on the situation. You must inform us about the missing parcel before 6 months have passed since it has left our warehouse. Otherwise Posti Oyj will not compensate the loss.
We accept returns within 28 days of the arrival to the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an order.
Items have to be in unused condition. This means that you can test and try the item briefly, but can’t use them for prolonged periods of time. If the item was damaged during transport, we will replace the damaged item.

We ship letters and boxes, depending on your order size.
