The end of the year is here

We are on a holiday between 21.12.2024 – 5.1.2025!

End of the year is near and we’ll be on winter holidays over Christmas and New Years! So any emails, messages, orders done after the Friday 20th will be answered and processed from the 6th of January onwards.

Also seen on the picture here is one of the major projects we’ve now finished – 20+ m/36 and m/32 Summer Blouses that’ll be going to the United States to our customers. Made out of fabric they provided and drafted based on the original period drafting table and size table – and based on several originals that we disassembled to check the details.

There are no other summer blouse reproductions out there more accurate than these, so we’re looking forward to seeing them put to good use in the States!

On a sadder note, there will be price increases to our shipping and products come January. Due to the Ukraine War, inflation and what not all the prices down the supply chain have steadily gone up over the past few years. That coupled with the recent VAT increase in Finland, we’re left with no other option than to take a hard look at our pricing. Shipping alone has gone up over 20% these past two years and it’s a significant cost to us. But we’ll inform about the changes in more detail come January.
