Original war-time Finnish army 6 inch wire pliers. These were used by Signals and Engineer troops for various generic wire handling tasks.
Features serrated jaw surfaces and wire cutters.
All have army inventory marking SA and some have other army markings including T for combat equipment, V for signals or P for engineers.
