Original small (16 mm) brass coat of arms buttons.

Prewar, most likely late 1920s or early 1930s, brass coat of arms buttons with rare manufacturer stamps.

These have manufacturer’s stamps: HELSINKI HELSINGFORS.

A lot of 5 buttons.

Buttons Per Tunic

For M/36 Tunic you need:

  • 6 large coat of arms buttons for the chest
  • 4 large coat of arms buttons for the pockets
  • 2 small coat of arms buttons for the shoulder boards

 

For M/36 Overcoat you need:

  • 12 large coat of arms buttons for the chest
  • 2 large coat of arms buttons for the back belt
  • 2 small coat of arms buttons for the shoulder boards
  • for enlisted men: 4 dish buttons for the back opening
  • for officers: 4 small coat of arms buttons for the back opening

 

For M/36 Summer Blouse you need:

  • 1 dish button for the collar
  • 6 dish buttons for the chest
  • 2 dish buttons or 2 small coat of arms buttons for the belt loops
  • 2 small coat of arms buttons for the shoulder boards
  • for enlisted men: 2 dish buttons for the breast pockets
  • for officers: 2 small buttons for the breast pockets
