“Catering Lotta’s Handbook” from 1932
This is a 109 page book that describes everything that a catering branch Lotta should know, for example: cooking utensils, field stove, team work and assignments, paperwork, foodstuffs, portions, recipes, volume to weight tables, etc.
This specific booklet is in very good condition. The original owner has made slip covers out of parchment paper. The name of the original owner Martta Kähönen is on the slip cover and on the inside cover.
Included is also a page of what seems to be self-written poetry, which was inside the book.
