“Instructions on the adaptation and supplementation of the regulations” is a 32 page booklet that describes how the regulations should be used in practice, covering for example: assemblies, meetings, ceremonies, travel, courses, vows, membership, equipment, badges, awards, salutes, property, discipline, etc.
This specific booklet is in good condition and has some pencil markings on the inside.
